The service

TradeyRated provides NFC tap-to-review cards and keyrings linked to your profile, plus a dashboard that tracks taps and reviews. By creating an account or ordering, you agree to these terms.

The offer

Your cards and tags are free — you pay only £3.99 next-day delivery. Extra cards and tags are £2.99 each. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. The dashboard, tap tracking and email alerts are included free. Hardware is owned outright once delivered.

Genuine reviews only

TradeyRated routes your customers to leave their own honest reviews. You must not offer incentives for reviews, write fake reviews, or otherwise breach the review policies of Google, Facebook or Trustpilot. Reviews must come from real customers of real, completed work.

Acceptable use

Use TradeyRated only for your legitimate business. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the review platforms' rules.

Delivery & orders

We aim to dispatch for next-day delivery once your order is placed. Delivery timescales depend on the carrier. If something arrives faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee specific review volumes or search rankings, which depend on your customers and the third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us.
