Who we are
TradeyRated ("we", "us") provides NFC tap-to-review cards and keyrings and a review dashboard for businesses. You can contact us any time at hello@tradeyrated.com.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, business name, trade, email and contact details when you create a profile.
- Order details — the delivery address and order information needed to send your tags.
- Tap & review activity — when a tag is tapped and which review destination was chosen, so we can show your dashboard stats.
- Technical data — standard log and device data, and (with your consent) approximate location to show nearby trades.
How we use it
To create and manage your profile, fulfil and deliver your orders, power your dashboard and email alerts, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Delivery and extra-tag payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — they are handled directly by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy.
Reviews & third parties
When your customer chooses to leave a review, they are taken to the third-party platform you connected (Google, Facebook or Trustpilot). Those platforms process the review under their own terms. Your reviews stay associated with your business, not ours.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and remember your session, and (only with your consent) a location cookie to show nearby trades. You can clear these in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@tradeyrated.com. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page.
